MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

From understanding behavior
to designing for learning.

Studying psychology gave me a foundation for thinking about behavior, individual differences, communication, and development. I completed my BA in Psychology at Philippine Christian University in July 2019, receiving the Best Psychology Thesis Award.

In English education, those questions became practical: how do we make an unfamiliar concept accessible? How do we support a learner’s confidence? What does a useful next step look like?

Beyond the individual lesson

My work at EG Gramma Academy included English communication curricula, ESL and IELTS teaching, academic coordination, and mentoring. At Hanah & Hara International Academy, I taught international learners and collaborated with colleagues on instructional quality.

Program coordination with NADO NADO Homeschooling added another perspective: learning also depends on the systems around it, including schedules, documentation, materials, and communication.

Psychology, publishing, and digital products

I built and own Healthy Little Minds Club, which I began in 2024. The website and installable web app bring emotional intelligence and psychological literacy to children and caring adults in five languages. My ongoing MA studies in Clinical Psychology and adolescent research inform the way I think about learner support and program development.

WillSpeak English extends these interests into a live English-learning platform, with learning paths, curriculum systems, and Lesson Studio for authoring lessons. I am also developing WillSpeak Kids, a children’s English-learning app, and Humanly, a strictly educational psychology-learning app.

Across these products, I work as a learning and product designer: I define requirements, write implementation specifications, direct AI-assisted development, and test, document, and deploy the results.
